Air export has two entry screens under Transactions Menu (Air Export): Job (MAWB) Entry and Printing for the master waybill, and Job (HAWB) Entry and Printing for a house waybill. A MAWB job carries no house number of its own โ its house bills live in its grid.
The MAWB job
- Open Job (MAWB) Entry and Printing and press add.
- Fill in the job header โ number, date, branch, job type โ then the party, the airline, the destination and the flight details.
- Fill in the Master Document (MAWB) block: MAWB No and AWB Date, and the PP/CC indicator.
The dimension grid
Press ๏ผ Add dimension line for each package size. A row is Pcs, Length, Width, Height and Dim Type. The volume weight follows from the divisor the dimension type carries.

The cargo rating grid
This is the rating block that prints on the waybill, and it is separate from the dimension grid. Press ๏ผ Add cargo line for each rate point. A row carries Type (NEW, INT, D/C, FAR or SCN), RCP, Pcs, Gross Wt, Cl, Comdty, Charge Wt, Rate, Rate PKR, Total, Total PKR and Dimension Wt.
The HAWB job
Job (HAWB) Entry and Printing works the same way, with the House Document (HAWB) block in place of the master one: HAWB No (required), HAWB Date, PP/CC, pieces, UOM, CBM, gross, net and chargeable weights, and the serial the consolidation's house numbers run on from.
Printing
From ๐จ Print on the list you get Air Waybill, House Air Waybill, Job Sheet, Delivery Order and โ on a consolidation โ Manifest. Each house bill on a consolidation is offered by its own number.
