Air waybill numbers arrive from the airline in blocks and are consumed one at a time by air export jobs. The screen — Transactions Menu (Air Export) → Air Waybill Stock (Received From Airline) — is the register of what you hold.
What the screen shows
Air Waybill Stock
- Three counters at the top: Total, Used and Un-Used.
- Two add buttons: + Single AWB Row and + Give AWB Stock.
- A search block with Received Date From and Received Date To, and a Search button.
Record a block
- Press + Give AWB Stock.
- Fill in the airline, the starting number and Total No. Of AWBs Given.
- The AWB To Write box fills itself in as you type — it is the list of numbers the block works out to, so you can check it against the airline's paperwork before committing.
- Press Give Stock.
Note
For a single number that arrived on its own, use + Single AWB Row and press Save Row.
What is left
Available AWB Stock is a separate menu entry showing only the unused numbers — the list to work from when allocating a number to a job. Rows can be removed from the register with Remove.
