There are 150 reports and one report screen. Learn the shell once and every report works the same way; what changes is which filters the report offers and which columns it prints.
Finding a report
Reports are grouped in the menu the way the source system grouped them, and the section is shown as a badge under the report's title when you open it.

The filter panel
Every report opens with a panel headed Report Options, with Reset and Run Report at its top right. The controls a report offers depend on its family — a statement of account and a trial balance ask for very different things — but the kinds of control are the same throughout.
| Control | Looks like |
|---|---|
| Date range | Two dates side by side, each with its own caption — "Give Starting Date" and "Give Ending Date". |
| Range pair | A From and a To box for a code range: accounts, parties, jobs, invoices, SPOs. |
| Select | A dropdown, usually with a blank first option meaning "any". |
| Radio pills | A row of chips where exactly one may be chosen — Detail or Summary, for example. |
| Check pills | A row of chips where several may be chosen. |
| Date, number, text | Plain single-value boxes. |
- Set the filters you need. The year and station default to your working context.
- Press Run Report.
- Press Reset to clear everything back to defaults.
Reading the results
The results card names the report and shows the row count. Grouped reports print a group heading, then the rows, then a subtotal, and a grand total across the foot. Money and number columns are right-aligned on tabular figures so they line up.
