The workspace has two navigation layers. The left sidebar carries every module you have been granted; the operations screens add a horizontal menu bar of their own, laid out the way the old system arranged its menus, so staff who moved across recognise where things live.
The sidebar
Modules are stacked under group headings β My Portal, Operations, Workspace, Organisation. Clicking a module opens it; screens that belong to a named section (say Initial Setup, or Transactions Menu (Sea Export)) sit one level further in, behind their section heading.
The operations menu bar
Freight and finance screens carry a menu bar across the top of the page with the same menus and the same wording as the source system: the setup code files, the four transaction menus, Management and the dashboards.
- A search box: "Start typing to search for pagesβ¦". Type two characters or more and it lists matching screens with their menu path; press Enter to jump to the first hit.
- A Dimension Calculator button, for working a volumetric weight out without leaving the page you are on.
The working context
Beside the menu bar sit two selectors β a fiscal year and a branch. They are the context every operational list and report runs under. See "Picking your branch and fiscal year" for what they change.
List screens
The CRUD screens all share one shell, so learning one teaches you all 86 of them.
- Top right: β¬ Export, β¬ Import (on the screens that carry it) and οΌ Add β¦
- A search box below the heading, e.g. "Search partiesβ¦".
- The grid itself, with Edit and Delete against each row.
- Adding or editing opens a drawer from the right headed "Add β¦" or "Edit β¦".
