A loading programme is the consolidation record itself — one sailing, with the member jobs listed against it. It runs its own number series (prefixed LP-) so grouping jobs never burns a job number.
Create a programme
- Open Transactions Menu (Sea Export) → Loading Program Entry and Printing. The list only ever shows consolidations, not the jobs inside them.
- Press the add button. The record is created as a consolidation automatically.
- Fill in the carriage — Shipping Line, Vessel, Voyage, the cut-off and sailing dates — and the consol number block.
Add the jobs
The grid is headed "Jobs in this Loading Program" and its hint says what happens: "Adding a job stamps this consol number onto it. Removing it releases the job."
- Pick a job above the grid and press Add job to program.
- The row shows the job read-only: Job No, Date, Party, MBL No, HBL No, Destination, Cntrs, CBM and Gross Wt.
- Repeat for every job on the sailing, then save.
Note
The member job is still owned by the job screen — edit its own fields there, not here.
Print it
Use 🖨 Print on the list. Loading Program prints landscape, and Manifest is offered alongside it for the same consolidation — the manifest lists every house bill on one sheet.
