The freight side keeps its own three access screens under Management, because operations access is scoped by things the rest of the product does not have — branches, control types, SPO codes and login hours.
Users
- Open Management → Users and add or open a user.
- Branch (Rights): the branches this user may work in — several can be picked.
- User Station: the branch they work from by default.
- Category: their user category.
- User Name, Login Name, Password and Confirm Password.
- Email Y/N, Email and Contact.
- Control Types: which classes of ledger account they may reach.
- Accounts Help: the accounts offered to them in choosers.
- Spo Code: the sales person they are tied to, where that applies.
- Time from and Time to: the hours within which they may sign in.
Note
The list carries a button against each row to activate or deactivate the user without deleting them.
User Roles
- Open Management → User Roles and press add.
- Give the role a name in User Role.
- Tick the actions the role may perform. The note on the screen explains the scope: "Tick every action this role may perform. The actions apply to each module the workspace is entitled to."
- Save, then assign the role to your users.
User Category
User Category is the small code file the Category box on the user form reads from — the groupings your workspace sorts its operators into.
